Allowing a business to charge my card on file

Modified on Mon, Jul 11, 2022 at 4:01 PM

With Securely, merchants have the option to enable a Quick Pay option for their customers.  If the merchant has enabled this option you will be able to allow the business to charge your card on file.  The merchant will not be able to see any card information, keeping your payment data in your hands.

There are two options for enabling Quick Pay for a merchant

1. Settings Tab

  • Under the settings tab, scroll to Enable Quick Pay with Merchant

*If a merchant has enabled this feature, you will be able to see all the merchants you can give access to Quick Pay

  • Toggle on for the merchant to charge your card on file with Quick Pay

2. Payment Request

  • Click on a Payment Request sent from the merchant you are wanting to store your card with
  • Choose Credit Card
  • A pop-up below the payment method will appear allowing you the option to enable Quick Pay for this merchant

*Customers have the option to toggle on or off the Quick Pay option for each business*

**If there are multiple cards on file, specify which card should be charged (nickname on card)**
