Canceling a Payment Request

While Securely provides you complete control over your payments, there are items that you should consider before canceling a Payment Request.  

A Payment Request is typically the result of an agreement between you and a business.  Depending on the details of that agreement, you may be legally obligated to complete the payment associated with that agreement.  Making changes in your Securely account does not cancel or change any agreement that you have entered.

To cancel a Payment Request, navigate to the Payment Request needing to be canceled by clicking on the Payment Request tab.  Scroll to the bottom of that request and click, Delete Payment.  The merchant will be notified of this deleted payment request and will follow appropriate actions according to their business guidelines.
