If you cannot remember your login credentials, there are a few options you have to get your credentials to log in.
Forgot Password
- If you do not remember your password, click the forgot password link to reset your password.

Forgot Username
- Your username will be the email address that is associated with your account
- If you do not remember which email address you linked to your Securely Account, reach out to the merchant. They will be able to look at your account details and tell you which email address is linked to your account.
